Please make sure your child has a refillable water bottle at school. They are encouraged to keep their water bottles on their desks. With this extreme heat they need to stay hydrated!
Today was the first day with our classroom restructure. As of today, room 121 is a grade 2/3 class. We welcomed our new friends and said "see ya around" to some other friends. We started our day with a fabulous presentation in the gym. Ask your child to tell you all about it. The students also worked on word study, patterning in math (gr 3's wrote their math test today), French, and at the end of the day, physical education. Every Monday the students will be dismissed by Miss Cronin as they are in gym right to the end of the day. The dismissal routine will be as usual, but you will see Miss Cronin, not myself.
